AIX Games provides a mobile-first game and wallet experience. These terms explain the rules for accounts, rewards, wallet use and responsible play.
Account eligibility
You must be legally allowed to use online gaming services in your location and must be at least 18 years old, or the higher age required by local law. You are responsible for keeping your AIX Games account, password and verification codes secure.
Local rules and fair play
You agree to follow applicable laws, platform rules and fair-play requirements. Fraud, bonus abuse, chargeback abuse, automated play, account sharing or attempts to bypass verification may lead to account limits, suspension or closure.
Wallet, deposits and withdrawals
Cash balance, bonus balance and withdrawal status are shown separately so you can understand what is usable, locked or pending review. Deposits and withdrawals may require identity, payment ownership or risk checks before processing.
Bonuses and starter gifts
Signup gifts, wheel rewards, mines rewards and other promotions may have wagering, first-deposit, VIP, expiry or country-specific rules. Bonus winnings enter the bonus wallet first and become withdrawable only after the applicable unlock rules are met.
Service changes
AIX Games may update games, features, rewards, wallet rules or these terms to improve safety, comply with local requirements or protect the service. We will show important updates in the product when practical.
Responsible gaming
Play should stay recreational. We may provide limits, verification prompts, cooling-off tools or support actions where required or where we believe additional player protection is needed.
